You will work closely with the Bakery Manager to ensure product quality, maintain displays, manage stock and schedule, and uphold safety and sanitation standards while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications

• Minimum two years of retail grocery experience and two years of supervisory experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old and flexible including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with strong communication and teamwork.
• Ability to answer phones and take special orders; general housekeeping and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support Bakery Manager with daily supervision of bakery staff.
• Assist in department merchandising for productivity and profitability.
• Oversee ordering, inventory controls, and product quality.
• Build and rotate bakery displays and monitor merchandise freshness.
• Ensure high‑quality customer service and respond to orders and inquiries.
• Unload deliveries and maintain deli equipment; operate shop equipment.
• Enforce all safety, health, and sanitation guidelines and Food Handlers permit.
