This role requires at least two years of retail grocery experience and supervisory background, with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, and a focus on staff training, safety, and teamwork.

Qualificações

• Two years of retail grocery experience and two years of supervisory experience are required.
• Must be dependable with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to answer phones, take special orders and supervise staff.
• Adherence to safety, sanitation and health guidelines as per company policy.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Bakery Manager in supervising Bakery Clerks and daily operations.
• Manage department merchandising, inventory, and product quality.
• Build displays, rotate merchandise, and monitor incoming cases for damage.
• Deliver excellent customer service and supervise the Bakery team to meet goals.
• Ensure safety and sanitation guidelines are followed by all team members.
