• Must follow safety/health regulations and hold a Food Handlers permit.

Responsibilities

• Assist Bakery Manager in supervising Bakery Clerks and daily operations.
• Manage department merchandising for productivity and profit.
• Oversee ordering, inventory, product quality, and team supervision.
• Execute rotation of merchandise and building of displays.
• Ensure excellent customer service and bakery product quality.
• Unload deliveries and operate deli equipment.
• Maintain safety, sanitation guidelines and train team.
