Job summary

SusieCakes is seeking an Assistant Bakery General Manager to train and lead the guest service team. This manager-in-training role supports the General Manager with guest service across multiple locations and helps drive bakery success metrics.

The ideal candidate has two years of managerial experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong interpersonal and team-building abilities. Flexibility to work across shifts, including weekends and holidays, is essential.

The Assistant General Manager (AGM) position is a manager in training role. They inspire, train, and support the guest service team. Additionally, they support the General Manager with the guest service needs for multiple locations.

• Must have reliable transportation

EDUCATION

• Associates or Bachelors degree with a focus in Business or Hospitality preferred
• High school diploma or GED required

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
