Medical Suites at Oak Creek in Oak Creek, Wisconsin is seeking an experienced Assistant Nursing Home Administrator to join our leadership team. This full-time role supports the Administrator in daily operations, regulatory compliance and quality initiatives, helping ensure residents receive exceptional care.

The position offers collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and provides a path for LNHA growth, with opportunities to lead in the Administrator's absence and contribute to census

Qualifications

Active Nursing Home Administrator license (LNHA) preferred
Bachelor's degree in health administration, Business Administration, or related field

Responsibilities

Assist the Administrator with overall operations of the skilled nursing facility
Support regulatory compliance and quality initiatives
Assist with staffing, employee engagement, performance management and retention
Collaborate with nursing, clinical, dietary, social services, activities, admissions, and other departments
Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
Assist with survey preparation and follow-up
Support census development, admissions, and resident satisfaction initiatives
Step into the Administrator role in the absence of the Administrator
