Responsibilities

• Assist the Administrator with the overall operations and management of the skilled nursing facility.
• Support compliance with federal, state and local regulations and long-term care standards.
• Assist with staffing, employee engagement, performance management and retention incentives.
• Work collaboratively with nursing, clinical, dietary, social services, activities, admissions, and other departments.
• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
• Assist with survey preparation and follow up.
• Help monitor facility policies and procedures.
• Support census development, admissions, and resident satisfaction initiatives.
• Assist with financial and operational goals of the facility.
• Develop positive relationships with residents, families, employees, and community partners.
• Step into the Administrator role as needed and provide leadership in the Administrator's absence.

Medical Suites at Oak Creek is seeking to hire a motivated and experienced Assistant Nursing Home Administrator to join our leadership team in Oak Creek, Wisconsin. This position is excellent opportunity for a LNHA who is looking to take the next step in their career while working alongside an experienced Administrator and interdisciplinary leadership team.

The Assistant Administrator will assist in the day-to-day operations of the facility, support regulatory compliance and quality initiatives, and help ensure residents receive exceptional care in a safe, welcoming environment.
