Job summary

EOM Healthcare Group seeks a capable Nursing Home Administrator to lead a Wisconsin facility, ensuring high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance. You will drive financial performance, oversee staff, and coordinate with medical professionals and families to maintain a safe, compassionate environment.

The role requires a current Wisconsin Nursing Home Administrator license, a relevant bachelor’s degree (preferred), and 3+ years in healthcare management, preferably in long-term care.

Qualifications

• Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in Wisconsin is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Business, or related field is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of healthcare management experience, preferably in long-term care.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare laws, reimbursement systems, and compliance standards.
• Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and drive census growth.
