You will provide executive leadership across departments, oversee budgeting and census, hire and develop staff, collaborate with medical professionals and families, and represent the facility during inspections and community outreach.

Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin Nursing Home Administrator license is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Business, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of healthcare management experience, preferably in long-term care.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare laws, reimbursement systems, and compliance standards.
• Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and drive census growth.
