The ideal candidate holds an active Wisconsin LNHA license, a bachelor's degree in health admin or related field, and proven leadership in long-term care.

Qualifications

• Active Nursing Home Administrator license in Wisconsin (required).
• Bachelor's degree in health administration, Business Administration, or related field.
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Administrator with the overall operations and management of the skilled nursing facility.
• Support compliance with federal, state and local regulations and long-term care standards.
• Assist with staffing, employee engagement, performance management and retention incentives.
• Work collaboratively with nursing, clinical, dietary, social services, activities, admissions, and other departments.
• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
• Assist with survey preparation and follow up.
• Help monitor facility policies and procedures.
• Support census development, admissions, and resident satisfaction initiatives.
• Assist with financial and operational goals of the facility.
• Develop positive relationships with residents, families, employees, and community partners.
• Step into the Administrator role as needed and provide leadership in the Administrator's absence.
