Job summary

ISS seeks a Scheduler (Asset, Data & Surveys) to coordinate survey activities and maintain asset, condition and compliance data across the estate.

This role supports the planning, scheduling and monitoring of survey programmes, ensuring data is captured, validated and updated within asset management systems. You will manage survey workflows and produce reports to support governance and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating asset/condition/compliance surveys.
• Proven data quality and governance capabilities.
• Experience with surveyor scheduling and programme coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, scheduling and tracking of surveys across assets.
• Manage survey workflows from commissioning to completion.
• Maintain and validate asset and survey data for accuracy.
• Review findings, categorize actions and progress them.
• Produce reports and management information for governance.
