Job summary

Orbital Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Construction Coordinator & Scheduler to support Asset Integrity program execution and repair services in Pittsburgh, PA.

You will coordinate field execution of repair and construction projects, manage scheduling, and ensure safety and client expectations are met. The role focuses on coordinating contractors, field personnel, materials, and documentation under the Construction Manager, with opportunities to expand leadership within Asset Integrity and Asset

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Construction Management, Engineering Technology, Industrial Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of industrial construction, maintenance, repair, or field coordination experience.
• Experience supporting industrial facilities such as power, steel, manufacturing, petroleum, chemical, mining, or related industries.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, repair sketches, and construction documents.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field execution of repair and construction projects with contractors, inspectors, and client personnel.
• Plan field activities, scheduling, logistics, and work sequencing.
• Maintain project documentation, schedules, and daily logs.
• Support outage and shutdown activities as required.
• Assist in QA/QC documentation and project closeout activities.
• Promote safety and compliance with client requirements and OSHA procedures.
• Liaise between contractors, client personnel, inspectors, and engineering teams.
