Job summary

Orbital Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Construction Coordinator & Scheduler to support Asset Integrity program execution for a Detroit client.

You will coordinate repair and construction activities, schedules, and field logistics. Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will manage contractors, field personnel, materials, and documentation to ensure safe, efficient execution and compliance with client expectations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Construction Management, Engineering Technology, Industrial Technology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day repair and construction activities in the field.
• Plan field activities, scheduling, logistics, and work sequencing.
• Liaise between contractors, inspectors, client personnel, and Orbital project teams.
• Maintain project documentation, schedules, field reports, and repair tracking records.
• Support safety programs and JHAs to promote a culture of safety.
