Job summary

You will serve as a Trusted Technical Advisor across multiple industries, guiding sales teams, engaging customers, and shaping solution architectures.

This role involves up to 50% travel across North America and requires a STEM degree with 10+ years of related experience in predictive analytics and asset performance management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience including asset ownership, technical sales, implementation, or remote monitoring with a focus on Predictive Analytics and APM solutions.
• Strong experience in customer relationship management across multiple industries (Power Generation, Oil & Gas, Chemical, Metals, Petrochemical).
• Degree in a STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) or related field.

Responsibilities

• Trusted Technical Advisor: guide the Commercial Sales Teams through solution generation, product strategy, and customer engagement.
• Customer Engagement: lead early-stage discovery meetings to identify pain points and map workflows for improvements.
• Solution Development: tailor short- and long-term solutions; define architectures and advise on software usability and data readiness.
• Business Case Development: build data-driven cases showing financial and operational benefits of GE Vernova’s APM tools.
• RFP/RFI Management: own responses addressing technical, functional, and cybersecurity requirements.
• Product Demonstrations: conduct tailored demos for senior leadership and technical teams.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: align with Services and Commercial Operations to meet customer needs.
