The role requires a valid security license in select locations, decisive judgment, and clear communication. Schedule flexibility and collaboration with store leadership are essential components of this position.

Qualifications

• Valid security license required in listed locations.
• Ability to make decisions with good judgment in fast-paced environments.
• Clear, concise verbal and written communication skills.
• Confidentiality and professional demeanor are essential.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
• Meet state/local licensing requirements; experience in security procedures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Resolve theft using sound judgment and policy-guided actions.
• Identify theft trends through reporting and surveillance tools.
• Support shrinkage reduction via action plans and standards.
• Investigate internal theft with leadership and investigation teams.
• Monitor activity with video systems and aid investigations.
• Use RFID data to track merchandise movement and discrepancies.
• Report store security incidents promptly and completely.
• Participate in Emergency Response Team training and drills.
• Build partnerships with store leaders, retailers, and law enforcement.
