Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Loss Prevention Associate to protect assets and support safe store operations in Vancouver, WA. You will monitor security measures and train staff to deter theft while partnering with leadership to address trends.

The role requires a high school diploma and 1–2 years in security or loss prevention, plus CCTV/EAS experience. Benefits and a competitive hourly rate are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 1-2 years related experience (security, retail investigations, loss prevention)
• Experience with shrink awareness and theft deterrence programs
• Ability to stand, sit, and perform duties for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Coach and train associates on shrink awareness and theft deterrence
• Identify theft trends with Store and AP Leadership and promote awareness
• Monitor entrances, exits, and high-risk areas for security
• Investigate and resolve criminal activity and maintain case files
• Provide evidence for internal investigations and law enforcement when needed
• Validate security measures and respond to alarms and triggers
