Responsibilities

• Resolve theft with sound judgment and proper apprehen sions following policy.
• Identify theft trends using surveillance and reporting.
• Lead shrinkage reduction efforts and protect merchandise.
• Investigate internal theft and support AP leadership and investigations.
• Monitor activity with video systems and RFID data to aid investigations.
• Prepare prompt, complete reports for incidents and investigations.
• Testify in court when summoned and collaborate with law enforcement.
