Nordstrom is seeking an Asset Protection Agent to help keep customers, teams, and merchandise safe. You will work with the store Emergency Response Team to prepare for and respond to emergencies, while protecting profits by reducing shrinkage and investigating theft.

Responsibilities include resolving theft, identifying trends, conducting security audits, and supporting investigations. A valid state security license may be required depending on location.

Qualifications

• Must be able to make decisions with good judgement in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate integrity in all tasks.

Responsabilités

• Resolve theft by using good judgement and proper apprehensions.
• Identify theft trends via reporting and surveillance.
• Lead safety and security for store, customers, and employees.
• Prepare and submit reports for incidents and investigations.
• Testify in court when summoned for cases.
• Build partnerships with store leaders and local law enforcement.
