The position emphasizes teamwork with leadership, data-driven investigation of discrepancies, and promoting safety programs. Prior security or retail inventory experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Preferred Degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management or related field.
• Certificate(s) or License(s) as required by local jurisdiction.
• Experience in security, asset protection, and safety preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists in driving training on shrink, safety, and security functions.
• Disseminates asset protection directives to store leadership.
• Interacts with customers on floor to provide guidance and observe best practices.
• Analyzes shrink sources via cycle counts, audits, and reports.
• Monitors inventory adjustments and investigates discrepancies.
• Promotes safety programs and participates in safety committee activities.
• Prepares detailed and accurate reports in a timely manner.
• Supports investigations into policy violations, workplace incidents, and loss.
