Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking an Asset Protection Coordinator to safeguard inventory and ensure a safe shopping environment. The role involves floor presence, training, and enforcing safety and security directives with Outfitters and vendors.

You will analyze shrink data, investigate discrepancies, and participate in known loss investigations and firearms compliance activities as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent, as stated.
• Preferred associate/bachelor degree in related field.
• Experience in security or asset protection is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in driving training for shrink, safety, and security across the store.
• Cascade asset protection directives to leadership and Outfitters as required.
• Interact with customers and Outfitters with excellent service while watching for suspicious behavior.
• Identify root causes of shrink via cycle counts and audits and vendor opportunities.
• Conduct known loss investigations and document findings; review discrepancies.
