Bass Pro Shops in Harlingen, TX is seeking an Asset Protection Coordinator to protect assets, improve safety, and reduce shrink across the store. The role reports to the Market Asset Protection Manager and involves observing staff behavior, conducting investigations, and ensuring compliance with security directives.

The position requires hands-on interaction on the sales floor, strong customer service, and the ability to drive safety initiatives and training across Outfitters.

Competenze

• Minimum education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: Associate or Bachelor in Criminal Justice, Security Management or related field.
• Certifications/licenses as required by local law.

Mansioni

• Assist in training and development for Outfitters on shrink, safety, and security.
• Identify root causes of shrink through data analysis and investigations.
• Maintain and monitor security systems and merchandise protection standards on the selling floor.
• Conduct known loss investigations and assist with criminal activity investigations.
• Prepare detailed reports and promote safety programs with store leadership.
