Bass Pro Shops in Denver, CO is seeking an Asset Protection Coordinator. This hourly role reports to the Market Asset Protection Manager and helps maintain asset protection, safety, and inventory integrity across the store floor and backroom.

Responsibilities include leading shrink prevention training, analyzing cycle counts and audits, investigating incidents, maintaining security systems, and helping store leadership uphold safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or Bachelor's in Criminal Justice or Security Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in driving training for shrink, safety, and security.
• Identify root causes of shrink through audits and cycle counts.
• Investigate incidents and support safety programs.
• Maintain and monitor security systems (CCTV, alarms).
• Prepare detailed reports for leadership.
