Job summary

Sephora in Avon, IN is seeking an Asset Protection Associate to safeguard our DC assets and employees. You’ll monitor security, controls, and incidents to maintain smooth operations and protect inventory across the facility.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in Loss Prevention or security, strong communication, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations while following established protocols. A HS diploma is required, with a focus on safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of dedicated Loss Prevention or security experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong written and verbal communication, able to handle critical security situations.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage physical security across all DC zones.
• Screen inbound/outbound personnel using metal detection and visual checks.
• Inspect perimeters and internal controls for vulnerabilities.
• Respond to threats or incidents with de-escalation and restraint when needed.
• Manage identification badges and access credentials for associates.
