Qualifications

• 1–2 years of loss prevention or security experience in a fast-paced distribution center environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with good interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to make quick, sound decisions and stay composed during security incidents.
• Proficiency with CCTV, alarm, card access systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage physical security and access controls across all DC zones.
• Screen inbound/outbound personnel using metal detection devices and visual checks.
• Inspect perimeters and internal controls for vulnerabilities.
• Respond to security incidents with de-escalation and, if needed, intervention.
• Administer identification badges and manage access credentials.
• Oversee inbound/outbound truck control and maintain logs.
• Support investigations using CCTV footage and evidence collection.
• Contribute to shrink reduction programs.
• Represent Sephora in legal proceedings when required.
• Conduct regular security audits and lead special security projects.
