Job summary

Sephora Avon Distribution Center is seeking an Asset Protection Associate to safeguard personnel and company assets. You will manage access controls, conduct security screenings, and respond to incidents with de-escalation techniques in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Loss Prevention or security experience in a fast-paced DC environment preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication, written and verbal, and interpersonal skills for security interactions.

Responsibilities

• Proactively monitor physical security and access controls across the distribution center.
• Screen inbound/outbound personnel using metal detectors and observations to prevent unauthorized access.
• Inspect perimeters and internal controls to identify vulnerabilities and ensure safety.
• Respond to security incidents with de-escalation and appropriate intervention when needed.
• Manage ID badge system and access credentials for all associates.
• Oversee inbound/outbound truck control, verify appointments, and maintain logs.
• Support shrink reduction programs and assist investigations using CCTV and evidence gathering.
• Participate in security audits and special security projects as needed.
