Job summary

Sephora is seeking an Asset Protection Partner in Arlington, VA to safeguard assets and support a safe, inclusive environment for clients and employees. You’ll work with store leaders and the District Asset Protection Manager to implement safety and shrink strategies, monitor activity, and handle incidents with professionalism and care.

The role requires 1–2 years in retail operations or loss prevention, strong communication, conflict de-escalation, and comfort with CCTV and reporting tools.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention.
• Strong communication and customer-service oriented approach.
• Comfortable using CCTV and reporting tools.
• Ability to de-escalate conflicts professionally and calmly.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety and awareness; lead or join meetings and training.
• Spend 75–80% on the selling floor to deter theft and support service.
• Collaborate with leadership to align shrink reduction and safety initiatives.
• Monitor and investigate losses using CCTV and reporting tools.
• Respond to incidents with professionalism and prioritize safety and client experience.
• Complete audits and prepare reports for asset protection efforts.
• Adhere to asset protection policies and licensing requirements.
• Support multiple locations as needed.
