Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Resolve theft using good judgment while adhering to policy and AP guidance.
• Identify theft trends using technology, reporting and surveillance.
• Drive shrinkage reduction by implementing action plans and protection standards.
• Identify and support internal theft investigations via reporting and surveillance.
• Investigate internal theft by gathering evidence with AP Leadership.
• Use video systems to monitor theft and support investigations.
• Leverage RFID data to track merchandise movement and assist investigations.
• Maintain safety and security of customers and employees, responding to incidents and escalations.
• Lead security audits and training to raise shrinkage awareness.
• Partner with store leaders and law enforcement on cross-functional initiatives.
• Prepare prompt reports for high-profile incidents and investigations.
• Testify in court when summoned for legal cases.
