Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Resolve theft with quality apprehensions while following policy and AP leadership guidance.
• Identify theft trends using technology and surveillance.
• Reduce shrinkage by implementing action plans and protection standards.
• Investigate internal theft with evidence gathering and collaboration with AP teams.
• Use video systems to monitor activity and support investigations.
• Maintain safety and security of customers and staff and respond to incidents.
• Lead security audits and training to prevent shrinkage.
• Serve on the store Emergency Response Team and participate in training.
• Prepare reports for high-profile incidents and investigations.
