Qualifikationen

• A valid security license is required for this role in Washington DC; Denver, Colorado; New York City, New York; St. Louis, Missouri; and Oregon.

• Experience in investigative, asset protection and security procedures is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Resolve theft with sound judgment and policy-compliant apprehensions in high shrinkage areas.
• Identify theft trends using technology, reporting, and surveillance.
• Drive shrinkage reduction through action plans and standards.
• Investigate internal theft and partner with AP Leadership and Investigation teams.
• Use video systems to monitor activity and support investigations.
• Leverage RFID data to track merchandise movement for investigations.
• Ensure safety of customers and staff by responding to incidents and reporting.
• Lead security audits and shrinkage awareness training within the store.
• Serve on the store Emergency Response Team (ERT) and participate in training.
• Prepare reports for high-profile incidents, recoveries, violations, and safety events.
• Testify in court when summoned for legal proceedings.
• Build cross-functional partnerships with leadership, retailers, and law enforcement.
