Responsibilities

• Resolve theft using policy-compliant, quality apprehensions in high shrinkage areas.
• Identify theft trends through reporting, surveillance and technology.
• Drive shrinkage reduction with action plans and protection standards.
• Support investigations with evidence gathering and cross-functional collaboration.
• Maintain safety by responding to incidents and escalations; document reports promptly.
• Testify in court when summoned for criminal or civil cases.
• Build partnerships with store leadership, nearby retailers, and law enforcement.
