Bass Pro Shops in Memphis, TN seeks an Asset Protection Coordinator to monitor asset protection, safety, and compliance across the store. This hourly role reports to the Market Asset Protection Manager and will engage with Outfitters on shrink reduction and security best practices on the sales floor.

Responsibilities include analyzing discrepancies, conducting investigations, and maintaining security standards while delivering strong customer service and upholding safety policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in security, asset protection, and safety preferred.
• Experience investigating theft or safety incidents.
• First Aid/CPR/AED certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist in asset protection training and education for Outfitters.
• Investigate shrink, inventory discrepancies, and loss events.
• Monitor security systems and conduct known loss investigations.
• Prepare detailed reports and assist with safety procedures.
