Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Florida seeks an Asset Protection Coordinator to oversee security, compliance, and safety across the store. You will monitor asset protection programs, respond to incidents, and work with leadership to educate Outfitters on shrink reduction.

The role requires strong investigative skills, experience with CCTV/EAS, and the ability to prepare detailed reports. Regularly on the sales floor, you will promote safe practices and assist in investigations of policy violations and loss.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting criminal or internal investigations.
• Experience using physical security systems (CCTV, EAS, etc.).
• Experience conducting quality reviews or audits.

Responsibilities

• Identify root causes of shrink through audits and investigations.
• Monitor security systems and conduct known loss investigations.
• Assist with firearms compliance investigations and safety protocols.
