Bass Pro Shops in Centerville, OH is seeking an Asset Protection Coordinator. This hourly role reports to the Market Asset Protection Manager and focuses on reducing shrink, safeguarding inventory, and enforcing safety and compliance on the sales floor and behind the scenes.

You will analyze cycle counts and loss data, support investigations, and partner with store leadership to train Outfitters on security and safety best practices.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or Equivalent mandatory.
• Associate or Bachelor in Criminal Justice or Security preferred.
• Experience in security, asset protection, and safety is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assists in driving training for shrink, safety, and security functions.
• Identifies root causes of shrink via cycle counts, audits, and investigations.
• Analyzes data on inventory adjustments and over/short shipments with DC and Store teams.
