Job summary

UNIQLO in Cherry Hill, NJ is seeking a Loss Prevention Agent responsible for loss prevention and safety measures under the Loss Prevention Manager, protecting employees and company assets. Salary starts at $28.00 per hour.

You will train staff on LP policies, detect shoplifters, and prepare incident reports while supporting investigations; flexible schedule including nights and weekends; prior LP or retail security experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Ability to physically apprehend and assist in detaining shoplifters.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in conducting investigations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Know and exemplify LP/safety policy and standards.
• Train store employees on LP and safety policy and ensure compliance.
• Detect and deter shoplifters according to company protocol.
• Monitor potential employee theft suspicions and address concerns.
• Prepare incident, accident and investigative reports per guidelines.
• Support management in investigations of policy violations.
• Assist with audits, inventory counts and shortage reduction initiatives.
• Respond to alarm calls and resolve related issues.
