Job summary

UNIQLO USA is seeking a Loss Prevention Agent in New York to safeguard stock and ensure a safe shopping environment. You will report to the Loss Prevention Manager and Store Manager and support investigations, audits and training of store staff.

The role requires knowledge of security software, CCTV and basic computer skills, plus strong communication. You will patrol, document incidents, identify shortage risks, and assist with special projects while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of computer applications; including Security Software, CCTV equipment, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledgeable of federal, state and local law.
• Knowledgeful of surveillance/security equipment and installations.

Responsibilities

• Train store team members on loss prevention and safety policies, procedures and standards; notify management of violations.
• Assist store and loss prevention management with investigations of internal and external customers.
• Patrol the store and post in designated areas as directed by the Loss Prevention Manager.
• Identify shortage risks and service all customers in accordance with company standards.
• Prepare incident reports for safety, injury, accidents, theft, cash handling, and shortage.
