This hourly role reports to the Market Asset Protection Manager and focuses on reducing shrink, safeguarding inventory, and maintaining a compliant, safe environment for customers and associates.

The position involves floor presence to educate best practices, conducting investigations, and driving safety programs across the team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management or related field.
• Licenses/certifications as required by local jurisdiction.
• Experience in security, asset protection, and safety preferred or retail inventory background.

Responsibilities

• Train Outfitters on shrink, safety, and security functions.
• Cascade asset protection directives to store leadership and Outfitters.
• Provide excellent customer service on floor during security matters.
• Investigate shrink causes via cycle counts and audits.
• Monitor and maintain security systems and safety standards.
