Bass Pro Shops in Harrisburg, PA is seeking an Asset Protection Coordinator to support security, safety and inventory controls across the store. The role reports to the Market Asset Protection Manager and combines on-floor presence with data-driven investigations to reduce shrink and protect assets.

The ideal candidate has experience in security or retail loss prevention, is skilled with CCTV/EAS systems, and holds relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Experience in conducting criminal/internal investigations.
• Familiarity with security systems (CCTV, EAS, etc.).
• Experience performing quality reviews or audits.

Responsibilities

• Assist in driving training on shrink, safety and security.
• Monitor store to ensure asset protection and safety standards.
• Investigate shrink and inventory discrepancies and report findings.
• Assist with firearm protocol compliance investigations as needed.
• Prepare detailed, timely AP reports and maintain records.
