Job summary

Qualifications

• Candidates with a High School Diploma or equivalent are encouraged to apply.
• 3-5 years of prior Asset Protection management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store executive team in shortage prevention programs and awareness.
• Develop relationships with Store, Division, and Regional leaders to gain support.
• Manage and monitor investigations, apprehensions, and recoveries.
• Analyze theft trends using AP reports, systems, and technology.
• Ensure AP policies are understood and executed effectively.
• Support annual inventory prep and reconciliation.
• Lead special projects beyond the normal scope.
