Job summary

Macy's is seeking a Multi Store Asset Protection Manager to oversee security across multiple locations, ensuring store safety, shortage control, and policy compliance. This role emphasizes leadership, budgeting, and strategic protection of company assets.

You will manage staffing, training, and performance, while coordinating with Facility Management and protecting guests and colleagues. The position requires ensuring safe operations, analyzing data, and maintaining high security standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 3-5 years of direct experience required.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to draft reports and present to management.

Responsibilities

• Lead all Security operations to support profit objectives and customer service goals.
• Protect and monitor assets, alarms, property, employees, and visitors by enforcing policies.
• Hire, train, and supervise Security staff and develop reports for growth.
• Communicate with Facility Management on shortage/security issues and propose solutions.
• Identify causes of shortage and investigate internal/external dishonesty.
