Job summary

Macy's, Inc. in Short Hills, NJ is seeking a Manager, Asset Protection to lead shortage prevention and protection strategies at the store level.

You will work with senior leadership to reduce losses and protect assets while ensuring a safe shopping environment. This role requires experience in asset protection, ability to analyze theft trends, manage investigations, and develop cross-functional action plans across store, division, and regional levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store executive team in shortage prevention programs and awareness.
• Develop relationships with leaders to gain support for shortage goals.
• Manage and monitor theft investigations, apprehensions, and recoveries.
• Analyze theft trends using AP reports, systems and technology.
• Ensure AP policies are understood and executed; manage payroll related to shortages.
