You will oversee investigations, analyze theft trends, manage AP payroll and inventory processes, lead special projects beyond the normal scope, and mentor a team to uphold Macy's standards of service and integrity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of Asset Protection management experience.
• Able to lift, stand, and move at times in a store environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store executive team in shortage prevention programs.
• Develop relationships with leaders to support shortage goals.
• Manage and monitor theft investigations, apprehensions, and recoveries.
• Analyze theft trends using AP reports and technology.
• Ensure AP policies are understood and followed.
• Oversee inventory process and annual reconciliation.
• Lead special projects beyond normal responsibilities.
