Job summary

Macy's is seeking a Manager, Asset Protection to oversee shortage prevention at a high-risk location. You will lead the store executive team, set strategies, and drive programs to protect inventory and reduce loss across the operation.

The role requires 3–5 years in AP management, a High School diploma, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends. You will partner with store, division, and regional leaders and manage investigations, audits, and annual inventory processes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of Asset Protection management experience.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead store executive team in planning, implementing, monitoring, and managing shortage prevention programs.
• Develop relationships with Store, Division, and Regional leaders to gain support for shortage goals.
• Manage and monitor internal and external theft investigations, apprehensions, and recoveries.
• Analyze theft trends through AP Reports, Systems, and Technology.
• Establish high shortage awareness and effectiveness by audits.
