Job summary

Macy's in Seattle is seeking a Manager, Asset Protection to lead shortage prevention programs, guide the store executive team, and oversee investigations, with a focus on reducing loss and protecting assets. You will work with regional leaders to implement proactive strategies.

You will develop talent, manage payroll impact, and ensure policy execution, while maintaining safety and service standards for customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Asset Protection management experience.
• Heavy lifting, standing and climbing may be required.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Proven leadership in loss prevention strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead shortage prevention programs and monitor outcomes.
• Develop relationships with Store, Division, and Regional leaders to gain support for shortage goals.
• Manage and monitor AP investigations, apprehensions, and recoveries.
• Analyze theft trends using AP Reports, Systems, and Technology to identify areas of concern.
• Support the annual inventory process and payroll management.
