Responsibilities

• Lead by example and execute the organizational strategy set by the AP Division.
• Develop relationships with Store Manager, Service Experience, Inventory Accuracy and HR.
• Own building security and safety, educate on emergency preparedness and assist in incidents.
• Monitor and communicate reports to ensure AP incidents are documented.
• Identify theft trends using data to mitigate internal and external loss.
• Lead shrink program execution and detect theft and dishonesty.
• Develop talent capable of investigations, auditing, shortage reduction, and system controls.
• Be data-driven to identify risks and maximize profitability.
