Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking an Asset Protection Manager to lead and integrate asset protection, security, compliance and safety initiatives across our facility. You will guide and develop the Asset Protection Specialist team to support shrink reduction, inventory accuracy, and a safe environment for employees and customers.

Responsibilities include building relationships with store leadership, analyzing shrink drivers, enforcing PCI-related controls, and coordinating with IT for security systems.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting criminal or internal investigations.
• Experience using physical security systems (CCTV, EAS, etc.).
• Experience conducting quality reviews/audits.
• Current AHA First Aid/CPR/AED certification.

Responsibilities

• Establishs strong working relationships with store/distribution leadership to support Asset Protection programs.
• Identifies root causes of shrink through analysis of cycle counts, audits and loss reports.
• Investigates criminal activity, policy violations and safety incidents; testifies when required.
• Plans and implements changes to reduce shrink and improve security and compliance measures.
• Maintains Asset Protection records and supports PCI compliance with IT.
