Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice or related field from an accredited institution.
• Five years of experience in facility security or asset protection.
• Knowledge of security systems (CCTV, EAS) and conducting investigations; CPR/AED certified.

Responsibilities

• Lead asset protection and safety programs; reduce shrink and protect inventory.
• Identify root causes of loss through audits, investigations, and reporting.
• Investigate criminal activity, policy violations and workplace incidents; testify as needed.
• Train asset protection staff and coordinate with store/DC leadership on security initiatives.
