Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club in Massachusetts seeks an Asset Protection Supervisor to lead safety, asset protection, and inventory control initiatives across the club. You will oversee counts, supervise team members, and drive theft deterrence while maintaining a safe, compliant store environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating count programs, managing shrink, conducting investigations, and partnering with leadership to protect assets and performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, college degree, and/or big box wholesale, retail, grocery and/or management experience is preferred.
• Prior asset protection, safety, and/or inventory control experience preferred.
• Open shift availability required.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Performs safety inspections and accident prevention assistance.
• Develops/teaches asset protection programs and initiatives.
• Leads inventory count programs and oversees count teams.
• Manages inventory control functions and ensures shrink deterrence.
• Completes weekly review of shrink reports and investigates variances.
