Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club in Waltham, MA is seeking an Asset Protection Supervisor to lead the safety, asset protection and inventory control efforts across the club. You will supervise teams, execute inventory counts and drive program improvements to protect assets and ensure accurate counts.

The role emphasizes leadership, adherence to policies, and collaboration with store leadership. Candidates should have prior AP/inventory experience, open-availability, and be at least 18 years old.

Qualifications

• Open shift availability required.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Prior asset protection or inventory control experience preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities including managing cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform safety inspections and lead asset protection initiatives.
• Lead inventory counts and supervise count teams.
• Manage inventory control functions and drive shrink reduction programs.
• Oversee RTV processes and ensure merchandise compliance with company policies.
• Develop and coach teams within asset protection and inventory control.
• Ensure a safe, productive and compliant work environment for staff.
