Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. is seeking a capable Asset Protection role to lead safety, asset protection, and inventory control within the club. You will supervise and direct team members to ensure accurate counts, secure premises, and compliance with company standards.

Responsibilities include implementing theft deterrence strategies, utilizing data for decision-making, and maintaining safe club environments. Strong leadership and communication are essential to drive results and protect assets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher; retail/wholesale or management experience preferred.
• Open shift availability required.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Performs safety inspections.
• Instructs on accident prevention techniques and assists in accident investigations.
• Handles workers’ compensation and general liability rates.
• Develops/teaches asset prevention programs and initiatives.
• Leads, executes, and investigates results from inventory count program.
• Performs inventory counts and manages inventory control functions.
