Job summary

BJ's Wholesale Club, Inc. is seeking an Hourly Asset Protection Supervisor to lead safety, asset protection, and inventory control across the club.

The role will oversee inventory counts, supervise team members, and execute theft deterrence and loss-prevention initiatives to protect merchandise and ensure a safe shopping environment. Qualifications

• High school diploma, college degree, and/or big box wholesale, retail, grocery and/or management experience is preferred.
• Prior asset protection, safety, and/or inventory control experience preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including managing/supervising cross-functional teams, training team members, and driving and communicating results.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Open shift availability required.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Performs safety inspections and assists in accident investigations.
• Develops/teaches asset protection programs and initiatives.
• Leads, executes, and investigates inventory count programs.
• Performs inventory counts and manages inventory control functions.
• Oversees count teams and processes; ensures shrink deterrence.
• Manages Loss prevention routines and reviews club shrink reports.
• Presents investigation results to leadership and maintains club policies.
