BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a dedicated Asset Protection Supervisor to safeguard assets, lead inventory control, and supervise team members across the club. You will manage counts, execute shrink-deterrence strategies, and ensure safety standards are followed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher.
• Prior asset protection, safety, and/or inventory control experience preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and ability to train teams.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Open shift availability required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Performs safety inspections and assists in accident investigations.
• Develops and teaches asset protection programs and initiatives.
• Leads, executes, and reviews inventory-count results.
• Manages inventory control functions and supervises count teams.
• Oversees shrink deterrence programs and related processes.
• Completes weekly CCTV reviews and data entry of recoveries.
• Maintains club policies and procedures; works across departments as needed.
